Delivery Information
Once you place an order, you will receive an email with confirmation. All orders are dispatched within 7 days of receiving your order (usually next day).
Delivery Prices
Delivery is charged from £24.99 (inc. VAT) dependent on the size and weight of the items requested.
Your order will be delivered at any time between 8 am and 6 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify an exact time or time slot. If our carrier is unable to deliver, you can contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery in most cases.
Guarantee
You have 14 days in which to return your order to us (See returns section below) for a refund.
All our products are covered by the manufacturers guarantee.
Please inform as soon as possible of any issues, however, you must notify Cladwise Bathrooms Ltd of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the item.
If the items have been installed please contact us immediately so that we can provide a solution.

Returns
You have the right to change your mind and return your product to us, unused, within 14 working days of receiving your order. You will be subject to a 30% restocking charge on all items.
If you decide to return your items, please inform the office as soon as possible.
All packaging and/or security seals must be intact. You will be responsible for paying postage costs for returning the item(s) Any refund or replacements will be processed upon receiving those returned item(s).
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Let us know and we’ll arrange to refund or replacement of the item(s). Again, we can only process any refunds or replacements upon return receipt of the returned item(s).
Cladwise Bathrooms Ltd cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We will inspect the items fully on return. Always obtain a Certificate of Posting and consider using a Signed For service when returning items.
